1. Category (Column A)
Here we write about what things we spend our money on. For example:

Total (last row)
2. Budget (Column B)
This is the estimated amount you think you will spend or save.

Formula:
Difference = Budget – Actual
5. Used % (Column E)
This shows the percentage of your money used in each category.

SUM for total Budget and Actual
Minus (-) for Difference
